Footbox Installation Instructions

The first step (not applicable for Mark III) is to trim the passenger floorpan. Measure 12" from the front of the floorpan and draw a line. Measure 15 5/8" from the right side of the floorpan and draw a line. With a saw or cutoff wheel cut out the section shown below:

You'll have a cutout that looks like this:

Install and drill the new panels in the following order. DO NOT RIVET until all panels are installed as you have to move the inside panel to fit the front panel as shown below. The rivets that hold the panel closest to the engine to the floor panel and the front panel to the floor panel must be riveted from the inside of the foot box.
